Card Questions

Q: I have a card that has 4 vertical color stripes on it /I have damaged product /I have a problem with my ratios of rares, etc., in my packs?
A: Call the Customer Service line on the back of the product you received; they will explain our policies regarding replacement product.

Q: I have counterfeit cards /I know a store selling counterfeit cards /what do I do about counterfeit cards?
A: It is Upper Deck's policy to actively investigate all counterfeiting claims. Please send us the following information: store name, address, phone number, and date of purchase. We will investigate this matter immediately upon receipt of this information. Thank you for your support of Upper Deck.

Q: What cards am I allowed to use in the Official Duelist King Tournaments?

A: You can only use authorized Upper Deck-distributed cards. Japanese product, or even other English-language cards NOT distributed by Upper Deck will not be allowed in tournaments.

Q: How do I know my cards are Upper Deck authentic?
A: North American Upper Deck/Konami product has the Upper Deck Entertainment logo on the box and wrapper. It also has the Eye Of Anubis hologram in the lower right hand corner of the card front. To distinguish between the Upper Deck distributed product and the Asian-American product, look at the example to the right. The first card shows the Upper Deck card back, the second one shows the Asian-American product back. Asian-American cards are NOT Tournament legal.

This hologram appears on all Upper Deck Yu-Gi-Oh! cards. If this hologram is not present, the product was not created by Upper Deck and may not be used in tournament play.
